CARE GUIDE
To help your GLOV favourites stay soft and beautiful for longer, we recommend following these care instructions.
- Cold gentle machine wash (30°C or below)
- Wash with similar colours
- Do not bleach
- Line dry in shade for linen and knitwear
- Tumble dry on low heat if suitable (cotton garments may shrink)
- Cool iron if needed
- Do not dry clean
Natural fibres such as cotton and linen may experience slight shrinkage after washing.
SHIPPING & RETURNS
- Standard delivery: 2–8 business days Australia-wide.
- Change of mind returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached.
- Eligible change of mind returns will be issued as store credit or exchange. Refunds are not available for change of mind.
- Return shipping costs for change of mind are the customer's responsibility.
- If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can assist you promptly.
- Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law remain unaffected.
